Dr Kristina Wainwright is a dual-trained Radiologist and Nuclear Medicine Specialist. She obtained her medical degree from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, in 2002 before commencing radiology training at the Royal Brisbane Hospital in 2005. She subsequently continued her radiology training in Sydney at Royal North Shore Hospital and Prince of Wales Hospital.
Dr Wainwright completed a further two years of subspecialty training in Nuclear Medicine and PET at both Prince of Wales Hospital and Royal North Shore Hospital, becoming dual qualified in Radiology and Nuclear Medicine.
She has worked for many years as a consultant across both the public and private sectors in Sydney, contributing to Radiology and Nuclear Medicine departments. Her principal clinical interests include hybrid imaging and oncologic imaging with PET.
