Sydney Imaging Specialists is committed to protecting patient information from unauthorised access or disclosure. In accordance with statutory privacy laws, access to SIS records is restricted to authorised individuals and for legitimate clinical purposes only.

All users of SIS PACS are therefore required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement, confirming their commitment to uphold the highest standards of privacy for our patients, referrers, and staff.

Multi-Factor Authentication

Sydney Imaging Specialists have enabled multi-factor authentication (MFA) as a requirement to access patient images. This is in accordance with our PACS access and Cybersecurity policy. Please submit your details below if you wish to have access.

Our Dr Direct team is dedicated to providing prompt, reliable support to our referring clinicians and their teams. A call or email to Dr Direct gives you direct access to the help you need, including:

• Speaking directly with our Radiologists or Nuclear Medicine Physicians
• Clinical discussions regarding a report of patient concern Requesting a copy of a report
• Accessing patient images
• Making or confirming appointments requesting stationary or a visit to discuss your clinical needs.

All calls are handled by our dedicated, specially trained Dr Direct team, offering a personalised and exclusive support service for referring clinicians and their staff
